Tacoma Tests Thursdays!

In partnership with Pierce County AIDS Foundation (Oasis’ fiscal sponsor), HIV prevention efforts have always been a cornerstone of Oasis programming. More recently, PCAF and the Rainbow Center have implemented similar programming and prevention efforts for adult gay and bisexual men. Because of increased collaboration all in the same location, Oasis and Rainbow Center participants will have access to rapid HIV testing every week, compared to the previous option of once per month at each location. The CDC recommends that sexually active gay and bisexual men receive HIV testing every 3-6 months, and at least annually.
